CareQED publishes original research and open datasets on assisted living, built from official government inspection records. Everything here is free to use with attribution and a link to CareQED.

Reports

• The State of Florida Assisted Living 2026: the full picture of Florida's 3,003 licensed assisted living facilities, built from AHCA inspection, complaint, enforcement, and licensure records, including the first public analysis of who owns Florida assisted living.

Open datasets

• Florida ALF facility dataset (CSV): every licensed facility with beds, CareQED Score, deficiencies by class, complaints, sanctions, fines, payment types, and verified ownership group.
• Florida ALF ownership groups: multi-facility owners with portfolio size and aggregate inspection record, available to journalists and researchers on request at support@careqed.com.
